Chicken Thighs with Yellow Rice - Sunny D

Directions
- Prepare your onion and slice very thinly, as well as mincing your garlic.
- In a bowl, add your chicken thighs with the olive oil, soy sauce and SUNNYD.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, and the stripped thyme.
- Toss and let marinate for 1 hour (optional)
- Keep the onions in the bowl. Turn on the grill to a high heat, and cook the chicken on each side for 4 minutes. This is to create a nice sear on the skin.
- Once cooked on both sides, pour over some of the left over marinade onto the chicken and cover. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- On a separate burner, sauté the onions until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken and onions over rice!! Garnish with fresh parsley.

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 bone in, skin on chicken thighs
- 1/4 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Cup SUNNYD Tangy Original
- 2 Tbs Oregano
- 2 Tbs Salt
- 2 Tbs Black Pepper
- 3 Thyme Sprigs, stripped
- Parsley, minced (for garnish)
